This place is absolutely charming and great, located in a wonderful central position, offering an abundant and delicious breakfast with homemade juice and friendly staff.

Weather was cold and the single heater in the room did not provide sufficient heat.

Excellent location. Directly across the street from Viseu's main square. It is an older hotel that has retained some of its old charm. Very good value when compared to other surrounding hotels.

I chose Avenida Boutique because it was conveniently located near the Grao Vasco National Museum, which I wanted to visit. I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent quality of the services provided and the free WiFi throughout the property. The concierge services were very helpful in arranging my tours to the Quintas and Wineries, where I enjoyed the delightful Dão wine paired with delicious Beirã cuisine.
