the avenida boutique hotel exceeded my expectations during a romantic weekend in viseu. central location made it easy to explore the beautiful city. the service was exceptional, and the room was comfortable with lovely linen.

I faced some issues with the bathroom during my stay. The shower door leaked, and when I was moved to another room, it had a similar problem with the bathtub. The noise from adjacent rooms was bothersome, and the air quality made it uncomfortable, leading to headaches. Overall, it felt like the hotel wasn't good value for what was offered.

I was impressed with how the staff welcomed us, holding our bags like it was no big deal,, and they spoke multiple languages which made our communication smooth. Also, the breakfast was exceptionally fresh, with fruits and pastries that made each morning bright.

It wasn't exactly a bargain, but,, considering the experience, I think it’s acceptable.

the staff seemed like inexperienced teenagers, it was beyond weird. as for the pillows, they were worse than some hotel's economy options. i really expected to be treated like royalty but no special gestures or even a complimentary upgrade, just disappointing. i almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t let it slide this time.

Centrally located with a large, comfortable room and superb breakfast options. However, noisy plumbing from adjacent rooms disrupted sleep.

This place is right on the square, can't beat that! The staff? Super friendly, really made us feel welcome. Room was huge, comfy bed with crisp linens, and the breakfast? Fresh fruit and great coffee! Only downside? A bit of noise from the street, but nothing too crazy. Definitely felt like home away from home.

Just a good pick for a lightning stop in Viseu with great value. The friendly staff really made my stay enjoyable. Parking can be tricky, so keep that in mind when planning your arrival.

The rooms are clean, newly refurbished, and have great air conditioning. The location is perfect for a short visit, making it easy to explore Viseu. We stayed in the Deluxe Twin Room, which was spacious and worth the small extra cost. Free on-street parking is conveniently located just a short walk away.

The bathroom while large lacked a bidet.

The room was clean with a comfy bed also breakfast was a luxurious spread with handmade juice and fresh pastries 🥐🍓. Free high-speed wireless made everything easy.
